May 4 & 11 Downtown Chester Historic District; 19 Winkler Place, meet at the train station/rail trail. Park in rail trail parking lot, views of historic buildings and rail trail views of Black Dirt region, with farm fields, and trails through forest.

With blooming lilacs, wisteria ,and beautiful handcrafted buildings. All paintings made at these sites are eligible for the summer silent auction at Bertoni Gallery. May 18 John Creagh is a realist oil painter who adapts traditional studio techniques to plein air. He is a teacher, designer, graphic artist and award-winning fine artist who exhibits internationally.
May 25 Award-winning Monroe artist Mary Mugele Sealfon, who has a Master’s in Art from NYU and has a realist style with an expressive edge.
June 1, 8 & 15 Jones Farm, 190 Angola Rd. Cornwall. A multi-generational family farm and general store with sweeping farm field vistas, rustic outbuildings and farm animals. June 1 Marlboro pastelist Laura Martinez-Bianco who earned a BS and MS from SUNY New Paltz, and has been teaching since 1983. She applies pastel with painterly realism.
June 8 Monroe oil painter Susan Daly Voss a contemporary realist whose works glow with reflected light and many layers of color. She has a BFA in painting and a long history of exhibitions and awards. www.SusanDalyVoss.com June 15 Cornwall watercolorist Anne Warren who is a long-term art instructor, painter, printmaker and watercolor maven. She abstracts the landscape into basic forms and values.

He has a loose expressive style, and is equally versatile in oil and watercolor. www.steveblumenthal.com June 29 Walden acrylic artist Nancy Reed-Jones is an accomplished muralist from Long Island who has taught acrylic painting techniques extensively through her realist style.
July 6 Views of Downtown Port Jervis at the corner of Pike Street and Broome Street in Port Jervis, NY is an historic square with lots of scenery. Across from the square at 156 Pike Street, is the office of Dr. Jeff Parker who will open his office door for artists to rest and use of the bathroom. We will exhibit works created at this site in Dr. Parker’s office.

Entrance on Route 97 westbound side of road US 84 to Port Jervis (heads south west). Get off at Exit 1. Turn left and keep heading straight on this road. From the bridge over the Neversink River, head straight through Port Jervis as if you were going to go to Hawk's Nest Drive. Just before climbing a hill, there is a sign that says the left fork is for Fort Decker and the Delaware River Heritage Trail, while the road that climbs goes to the Elks-Brox Memorial Park. The park is on the right side of the road, 2.2 miles from the Neversink River Bridge. The parking area is up a very long winding road. The road ends in the parking lot, so as long as you stay on it, you are not lost.
July 20 & 27 Delaware River Views from River Road and Lumber St. in Port Jervis. A long historic path with views of the river and shady places to paint. Take Route 84 West to the Matamoras PA exit (past exit 1) Turn Right and take Route 209 North over the Matamoras Bridge into NY. Take the first left after the bridge onto Water Street which turns into River Road. Follow this just past the Riverside Creamery (good place for food and bathrooms). Park behind the Riverside Creamery, or next to the River or at the other end of River Road by the restrooms (not always open), and West End Beach (about 2 blocks down).
Demonstrating artists: July 6 Dennis Fanton is an American Impressionist in oil and pastel, and a member of the Kent Art Society, Garrett Society, and WRS. He balances light and shadows to create expressive landscapes.
July 13 Newburgh Tonalist oil painter William B. Noonan uses a modified complementary palette to create beautiful neutral colors in plein air. He has shown extensively in the region. www.williamnoonan.com
July 20 Port Jervis Oil painter Susan Miiller who uses a subtractive method of simplifying the landscape into brilliant colors and simple shapes. Miiller is an award-winning multimedia artist who teaches extensively throughout the region.

Aug. 3, 10, & 17 Kiernan Farm 1308 Brunswick Rd. in Gardiner. A small scale pastured Beef farm with a charming bed & breakfast called Blueberry Inn in the farmhouse. August 17 Newburgh Watercolorist Mary Evelyn Whitehill is the great granddaughter of Hudson River School artist Thomas Pope. She uses glazing and under painting with virtuoso brushwork to create interesting compositions.
August 24 & 31 Phillies Bridge Farm is located on a beautiful and historic 65 acre farm in Gardiner, NY, Phillies Bridge Farm Project (PBFP) is a not-for-profit corporation with the primary purpose of education on multiple issues surrounding healthy food production.
